- Shipping: ¥300 flat rate within Japan (tax included). Free on orders of ¥2,000 or more (tax included)
- Payment methods
- Online payment via Square (credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover; Apple Pay; Google Pay). Exchange Guild events can also be paid at the venue on the day
- Payment timing
- Goods: when ordering / Exchange Guild: when ordering if paying in advance, or on the day if paying at the venue / Magic School: when reserving (purchasing a ticket)
- Delivery timing
- Goods: shipped within 3 business days of your order (made-to-order items within 2 months)
Tickets: delivered by the payment confirmation email - Returns and cancellations

Goods: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange or refund it.
Living Business Cards | Mebuki: Because production is outsourced, cancellations after purchase incur a ¥10,000 cancellation fee. Please send your print data (PDF) within 3 days of purchase. There is no proof check; we print exactly the data you send.
Exchange Guild: Please tell us in the LINE group to cancel. Up to 2 days before the event, there is no cancellation fee (full refund if you paid in advance). The day before or on the day, a cancellation fee equal to the participation fee applies (no refund if you paid in advance). If we cancel the event (including for rain), there is no fee and advance payments are fully refunded.
Magic School: Please email us to cancel. Full refund up to 2 days before the event. No refund for cancellations the day before or on the day.

Luna.Spark ("we") handles your personal information as follows.
Information we collect: Information you provide when ordering, reserving or contacting us, such as your name, email address, phone number and address.
Purpose of use: To ship goods, to inform you about and run events and workshops, and to respond to inquiries.
Disclosure to third parties: We do not provide your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We use Square's services to process payments and reservations.
